Return Window

We take pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your ORELIA LUXE piece within 7 days of receipt. Every return is a commitment to your ultimate satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

To ensure the integrity of our collections, returned items must:

  • Be in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
  • Include all original premium packaging, certificates, and grading reports.
  • Maintain the original safety tags where applicable.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at contact@orelialuxe.com with your order details.
  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and courier instructions.
  • Ensure the item is securely packaged for safe transit.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and verify the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a notification as soon as the credit is issued.

Shipping Costs

Standard return shipping is the responsibility of the client. However, if the return is due to a defect or our error, ORELIA LUXE will provide a complimentary insured shipping label.

Exceptions & Final Sale

For hygiene and creative reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Bespoke commissions and personalized engravings.
  • Earrings (due to health and safety regulations).
  • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
